Proficiency in English, a reliable Internet connection, and familiarity with various tools are crucial for success in this role:
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Canva
• Microsoft Office
• Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, etc.
• Email platforms such as Gmail
• Streak or other CRM systems
• Email marketing systems
• WordPress
• VPN
• ChatGBT and/or other AI tools
• Video editing
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize and Facebook with defined parameters to generate high-quality leads and facilitate conversions.
2. Content Creation: Regularly craft and potentially post engaging content across our social media channels, including and Facebook.
3. Email Management: Thoroughly review incoming emails, responding or filtering each one based on provided guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency in English
• Social Media expertise
• Experience with LinkedIn
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
