Responsibilities:
As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently handling various tasks that include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting cold and warm calls to potential clients
- Managing and conducting sales on social media platforms
- Assisting with administrative tasks and organization
- Booking appointments and managing calendars
- Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media
- Utilizing graphic design skills for promotional materials
Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience in Graphics, Social Media Management, Appointment Setting, and Administrative Tasks
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a remote/virtual capacity
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High integrity and ethical values, honest and trustworthy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Google, Canva, and experience in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop is a PLUS
- Ability to work in a quiet environment
- Patience and the ability to handle rejection
- Availability to work Central Time from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results
- Reliable laptop or computer with necessary software and internet connectivity
- Headset for clear and effective communication
