Insurance Verification Specialist

Sapphire Executive Travel is a leading luxury and exotic car rental company, offering a premium fleet of vehicles to clients worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auto Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have active and adequate insurance coverage for the rental vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Auto Insurance Verification:
Verify and validate customers' auto insurance details to ensure they have active and comprehensive coverage.
Confirm that insurance coverage extends to the specific luxury and exotic vehicles being rented.
Customer Screening:
Conduct thorough screenings of customer insurance policies to identify any potential gaps in coverage.
Communicate with customers to address insurance-related queries and obtain necessary documentation.
Documentation Management:
Maintain organized records of verified insurance information for each rental transaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate documentation for customer profiles.
Reporting:
Generate daily reports on the status of of various business functions.
Provide regular updates to the management team regarding any issues or trends observed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the rental and customer service teams to address insurance-related concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing based on insurance information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of auto insurance policies and coverage types.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using office software and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in auto insurance verification or related roles.
Familiarity with luxury and exotic car models and their insurance requirements.
Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
