EXECUTIVE ROCKSTARVA to perform a variety of tasks to support the owner of the company to grow their business. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, exercise independent judgment, plan, prioritize, and organize workload. The Candidates must be self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, dedicated and determined with good comprehension skills.
Qualifications:
At Least 5 years experience working as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Background/ Experience working as a COLD CALLER / SALES PROFESSIONAL
Knowledgeable in US REAL ESTATE
Knowledgeable in using REI Reply
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful
Proactive
Proven experience in administrative support and cold calling roles, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation strategies.
Resilience and persistence when handling rejection or challenging interactions.
Positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to phone calls.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Conduct internet research to gather information for various projects.
Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and workshops.
2. Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
Introduce the company's products/services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Document and track lead interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies.
3. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of cold calling activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses.
Regularly update and manage the CRM database with relevant information.
Provide insights and reports on cold calling performance and lead generation efforts.
4. Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and external prospects.
Provide timely updates on task progress, challenges, and successes.
5. Time Management:
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet administrative and cold calling goals.
Manage own schedule and workload to ensure optimal productivity.
