**Position Overview:**

5. Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product teams, to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective email marketing strategies.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience as an E-commerce Email Marketer with a focus on using Klaviyo and Drip.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision-making.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Must be able to create content without ChatGPT and have great copywriting skills.
