Be a real estate virtual assistant in your own home! Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Some marketing and customer service work may be required.
Our US based real estate CEO is looking for a part-time, virtual assistant to work with us. Eastern standard time.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Manage inbound/outbound calls
2. Schedule appointments
3. Send follow up emails to client
4. Collecting documents
5. Web research, Lead generation and data entry

Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent English skills and some real estate also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
