Social Media Manager with English Teaching Background

As a successful candidate, you will be an integral part of our team, working alongside video editors, graphics designers, and content creators to maintain a strong online presence and help us achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement a cross-platform content strategy for all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Generate and schedule high-quality social media posts on a regular basis, according to a content scheduling calendar
- Respond to inquiries and messages on all channels in a timely and professional manner
- Optimize current social media accounts to improve engagement and reach
- Conduct research to identify trending topics and create relevant, engaging content
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create monthly social media platform analysis reports, using tools like Hootsuite and VidIQ
- Ability to break down existing YouTube videos into smaller social media content
- Work independently and solve problems, with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Experience working with video editing and graphics design teams
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and VidIQ
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to create and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- A background in English teaching is a plus
- Experience in keyword research on YouTube is a plus
