Responsibility:
Own and manage support tickets and troubleshoot for the client’s Odoo
applications and services.
Investigate and address technical issues within Odoo, including those reported
by customers and bugs.
Determine the root cause, describe issue symptoms, and quantify an issue's
scope within Odoo systems.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve Odoo technical
problems for our customers and strategic partners.
Act as a technical advisor to our customers and strategic partners, providing
expertise on Odoo systems.
Solve technical problems, demonstrate Odoo product value, and
communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage support for Enterprise customers using Odoo in various hosting
environments.
Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to
resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term within
Odoo systems.
Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of
responses, and overall customer experience.
Work comfortably with Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL in various Odoo
hosting environments.
Document Odoo support ticket resolution and apply these fixes for customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
1-3 years of professional experience, preferably with Odoo
Experience with business processes managed by an ERP, especially Odoo
Experience/knowledge with SaaS products, particularly Odoo, that handle CRM, Accounting,
Inventory, POS, and other software verticals
Familiarity with Odoo database concepts/scripting
Knowledge of coding/scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.) for Odoo
Prior experience at a fast-growing startup, especially one utilizing Odoo
Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written
and orally
Sociable and outgoing
Willingness to learn constantly and work proactively
Current Setup: Considered as a small consulting firm / considered as flat organization
Current Challenges: the company is scaling up / keeping their data private / need a staff that can stay
long in the company especially after they get to give a training
