Virtual Assistant (Guaranteed Raises)

Florida based Vape Company (OMRDistribution) and Model Management Agency is looking for competent and smart filipino workers for the long term.

$200/month to start for the first month. Pay is weekly via crypto or monthly via*****
You can work as many hours as you want, Monday to Sunday. But, NO holiday pay.
Time tracked via Hubstaff.

> Guaranteed $25/month raises until we reach $400/month so the employee stays long term with us.
> Bonuses can be considered past $400/month if employee truly understands job and performs well.

Preferences:

> Strong English
> Be smart, and sincere. Please don't be lazy, or irresponsive or slow.
> Strong preference to candidates with experience in the following:
- Graphic Design (Canva, etc)
- Video Editing
- Anything related to OF or chatting
- Reddit / Twitter
- Experience marketing vapes

Mandatory:
> NO part time employees. Available more than 40 hours a week.
> Reliable connection to internet + a reliable laptop mandatory. Will ask for proof.
