Position: Admin. & Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate with Suppliers for prices & follow-up Delivery dates
Get & compare prices from several suppliers
Ensure that goods & services are fit for purpose & meet the company requirements (in terms of price)
Ensure that the goods/orders arrive on time
Forecasts price trends, and future trends & writes reports
Sourcing / Connecting Products
2. Monitors Inventory Stock
Have a reporting file for running inventory daily
3. Prepares Purchase Orders
4. Resolves Order Problems (any requests from CS i.e. update /modify the order, address, name, etc..)
5. Process Orders
6. Research for new Suppliers
7. Other Admin tasks
8. Report directly to the Procurement Supervisor and General Manager
9. Work closely with the CEO
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Good communication skills verbal and written.
3. Experience in Procurement is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize and adjust.
5. Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with employees.
6. Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. With at least 1 year of work experience.
8. Follow instructions well
9. Good team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Monday to Friday or can be flexible with schedule
Ability to commute/relocate: Taguig City
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:Administrative: 1 year (Required)
Human resources: 1 year (Required)
Language: English (Preferred)
