Personal virtual assistent

Hello,

We are looking for a personal virtual assistant to help us organise our life. We like to hire someone who is detailed oriented, fluent in English and likes to stay organised.

Me and my husband run a company together for 25 years. But decluttering our private life is something we need help with so we can focus on growth ourselves. Some tasks might be for our company but mostly private tasks. We are based in Dubai.

Your schedule is flexible, and you can work remote. Some examples of tasks are booking appointments, organising refunds, ordering online, selling personal items and researching things or requests quotes. We like you to become our right hand, our go-to person.

We will organise tasks in Trello and will record audio messages to explain certain tasks so we can empower you to take decisions by yourself and move things forward.

We have around 5-6 tasks each week. The hours per week is negotiable.
