Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant (VA)

I'm looking for someone who can work full-time on personal assistant + social media related tasks.
You MUST be able to make judgments and decisions yourself. I'll provide general guidelines on what to do, and you'll need to use your own critical thinking to whatever is best.
Some examples of SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Tasks can include:
**Twitter/LinkedIn**
- Re-wording tweets
- Scheduling tweets & content, managing the calendar
- Engaging with people on LinkedIn using my account
- Re-writing long-form content
**Podcast**
- Load podcast episodes onto Anchor from Riverside
- Chop up Riverside podcast into clips, select the best ones, send to Neel for approval
- Look at my followers on Twitter, identify who would be a good fit for podcasting
- Schedule their episode with me. Once we chop up the podcast into clips, send them the best social clip they can use
- Schedule a Tweet / LinkedIn post every Thursday about the podcast
**YouTube**
- Load Podcast episode to YouTube
- Load Riverside Shorts to YouTube Shorts
- Watch all content I produce, chop up the best bits, convert to Shorts, load to YouTube
Some examples of VA Tasks can include:
- Call the barber and set an appointment for me based on my calendar
- Research the best Airbnbs in this price range, send me a spreadsheet
- Find the best flights for me here
- Order a gift for my friend for birthday
- Research all real estate listings in this city that fit X parameters. Send me a list in Excel.
You'll be calling U.S.-based places and researching things a lot.
Very strong communication skills, organization, and quick responses are needed.
