We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic TikTok Growth Manager to oversee and grow two (2) TikTok theme pages -- one focusing on outdoor, adventure, wilderness, and related content. The other is about spooky, horror, scary, and thrilling related content, respectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok trends/analytics, video editing, caption creation, hashtag strategies, and the ability to source and repurpose content creatively.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation &Management:
Post 3-5 times daily on each TikTok page.
Edit and repurpose existing video clips using TikTok's editor and other video editing apps.
Source and find other creative content from other accounts or YouTube to repurpose, edit, and post.
Apply tweaks/edit videos to enhance performance like text-to-voice overlays and captions to enhance engagement.
Keep in mind videos must be minimum 1minute long (most posts are 60-80 seconds long).
Strategy and Experimentation:
Test new content styles and formats (AI voice, captions, gaming clips, sounds, speed variations).
Ensure videos are over one minute for increased engagement.
Stay abreast of TikTok trends and algorithm updates.
Utilize hashtag strategies for best reach as well as relevant captions.
Follow guidelines and best practices which we will share
Social Media Management Tools:
Proficient in Sendible or similar social media scheduling software (they're all very similar).
Manage content scheduling and short form video editing (includes repurposing & sourcing content).
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze performance metrics to measure content success.
Utilize insights for strategy refinement and recognize what videos/style perform.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with managing TikTok accounts
Strong video editing skills, including proficiency with various apps for editing short-form videos.
Familiarity with TikTok's editing tools and trends.
Experience with Sendible or equivalent social media management tools.
