TIKTOK Shop Manager

We are looking for a VA with relevant experience in the following tasks:
- TikTok Shop management (Adding products, set shipping info, syncing from Shopify)
and/or dropshipping from other websites.
-Shopify basic functionality (Exp. Adding products)
- Reach out to affiliates on a daily basis for multiple TikTok shops, close deals, agree on commissions, set it all on the TikTok shop backend, and Follow up diligently with affiliate creators after they receive samples, ensuring they have all the resources needed to create compelling content.
- Search trends and products.

The day-to-date responsibilities of this position include:
- Using the TikTok shop seller platform center to follow up with customers
- Use our templates to encourage customers to leave a good review
- Refund customers on the TikTok seller platform if needed
- Manually create orders on Shopify for customers who need a replacement order
- Keep data organized in Google Sheets/Excel
TikTok Content Creation:

-Planning and executing TikTok marketing strategies.
-Content ideation and creation (videos, captions, hashtags) for multiple TikTok shops and multiple TikTok pages.
-Interacting with the TikTok community and responding to comments.
-Analyzing performance metrics and making improvements.

For this position you should have experience with:
- TIKTOK SHOP SELLER CENTER
- SHOPIFY
- GOOGLE SHEETS/EXCEL
