Sales Assistant

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Sales Tech Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our high-ticket sales closers, providing invaluable support in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM integration, particularly with HubSpot and OnceHub, along with expertise in payments software. Proficiency in Excel formulas and integration is essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience using Slack and be capable of integrating Slack with Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with high-ticket sales closers to streamline daily activities and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize expertise in CRM integration, specifically with HubSpot and OnceHub, to ensure seamless data flow and communication between systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in integrating payment software to facilitate smooth transactions and financial processes.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to create and manage complex spreadsheets, employing formulas and integration techniques.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Slack and Excel, fostering improved communication and collaboration within the team.
- Provide technical support to the sales team, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to CRM, payments software, Excel, Slack, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sales technology to suggest and implement improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all integrated systems.

IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in CRM integration, with a focus on HubSpot and OnceHub.
- Expertise in payments software integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex formulas and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Slack and the ability to integrate it with Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year as a virtual sales assistant
- Have a strong drive for success
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with CRM system integration and excel sheets
