Virtual Assistant with an excellent English speaking skills, video editing and social media managment skills

Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience
• Understanding of project management tools and Google Docs, Canva, Google sheet, Capcutt/other video editing tools, social media management
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Good English speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail, motivated, reliable self-starter; proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must work and respond effectively in United States Eastern Time zone

Calendar management
Set up video conferences
Send reminders
Document minutes of meetings
Follow google task tracker
Reclaim & activate existing clients
proficient at making canva flyers and docs
Social media posting and lead generating is a plus
Cold calls
Research & create potential clients data
Technical Support
Order processing and data transfer
Familiar with Canva and to create flyers, catalogs, email marketing,
Social media management
Sales and marketing experience is a Plus
