We are seeking a Remote Sales/Customer Service Agent to join our team! If you have excellent English communication skills, knowledge of U.S. geography, and prior experience in call center or customer service roles, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing information about services, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Assist with sales inquiries and lead generation.

Provide top-tier customer service with a positive, helpful attitude.

Manage customer accounts and update systems with accurate information.

Requirements:

Fluent English (strong verbal and written communication skills).

Knowledge of U.S. geography (helpful for addressing location-based inquiries).

Prior experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is a plus.

A fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).

Computer specs: Minimum 8GB RAM, 256GB storage.

Quiet workspace free from distractions.

Ability to work U.S. PST hours (8 AM – 5 PM) with 2 days off each week.
