We're looking for someone with excellent organisation, with a hardworking, positive attitude, who can provide our customers with outstanding customer service via email.
This role will mostly involve dealing with customers inquiries by email and you will be required to respond to email inquiries within 24 - 48 hrs. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process cancellations, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Provide feedback to the team on customer concerns and issues
Requirements:
Experience in email support for supplements or ecommerce related products.
Proven sales experience with upselling to existing customers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer-service oriented attitude
Perseverance and the ability to overcome customer's rejections
Proficiency with computer and emailing platforms
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
